Yes. If you cancel the Business Plan, the assistant keeps running on whatever balance you have available from prior top-ups (with their original 12-month validity). The 1,500 included monthly replies stop renewing, but the credits you bought separately are yours and don't disappear.
The system draws down balances in this order of priority:
1. Promotional balance (welcome or referral replies) is used first, since it's promotional.
2. Subscription balance (the 1,500 from Business, which expire at month's end).
3. Top-up balance (the ones bought with $10, valid for 12 months).
This logic ensures you never lose the balance you paid for by using up what's closest to expiring first.
The charge is processed on the same day each month that you activated the plan, through Stripe. The payment covers the 1,500 replies for the next cycle. If you cancel before the renewal date, you won't be charged for the following month.
We accept all international credit and debit cards processed by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. The payment connection is encrypted, and we don't store card data on our servers — payments are handled by Stripe.
