CeroVueltas Subprocessor List
SUITE IMPERIAL LLC, doing business as CeroVueltas ("CeroVueltas"), engages the third-party subprocessors listed below to provide, secure, and support the Services, as authorized under Section 5 of our Data Processing Addendum (the "DPA") and Section 12.1(b) of our Terms of Service.
CeroVueltas performs commercially reasonable due diligence on each subprocessor and imposes data protection obligations materially no less protective than those in our DPA.

4. Artificial Intelligence — API Gateways (Dynamic Routing)
CeroVueltas uses AI API gateways that dynamically route inference requests among multiple underlying model providers to ensure optimal performance, availability, and cost-efficiency, as described in Section 12.1(b) of our Terms of Service.

Underlying AI Model Providers: Through the gateways above, inference requests may be dynamically routed to underlying model providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) or to open-weight model families. Because these gateways aggregate global providers, inference processing may occur on infrastructure located in the United States, the European Union, or other international jurisdictions depending on the specific model utilized. Routing is dynamic and models may be upgraded or swapped continuously to maintain optimal service quality, consistent with Section 12.1(b) of the Terms of Service.
Consistent with Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service and Section 5.4 of the DPA, CeroVueltas solely selects API providers whose published policies prohibit the use of Customer API data to train their general-purpose foundation models. Certain providers may temporarily retain API logs strictly for security, abuse-monitoring, and trust-and-safety purposes, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
